Instructions: Formulated for dry, dehydrated skin on the body. Helpful in cases of minor skin irritations. External use only. -Get your skin wet in the shower and wash with Lecithin-A (you may use a soft exfoliating glove). -Towel dry and liberally spray Body*Moist on your body. Gently spread with your hand -Reapply in areas where you experience more dryness (usually arms and legs). If needed, reapply Body*Moist at night, before retiring. Let absorb; do not remove. -Please wait a few minutes to allow absorption, before getting dressed
